These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Era77 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "Era77"), governing your access to and use of the Era77 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at era77.casa and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

Era77 operates an online casino and sports betting service offering live casino games, slot titles, sports wagering, lottery products, and ancillary gaming content to eligible players. Our primary market is Malaysia, and our services are offered in the English language to serve players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations throughout the country.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

Membership of and participation in Era77 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Era77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related services, in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of Era77 or any of its associated service providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by Era77 or by any other gaming operator, that remains in force at the time of registration.

To access Era77's real-money services, you must complete our registration process and submit accurate, current, and complete information. Registration requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and confirmation that you satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Era77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests and reserves the right to request documentation at any time. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of current residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Evidence of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or online banking screen showing account holder name).
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed thresholds established by our compliance team.

Era77 may also conduct enhanced due diligence in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Era77 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods supported in Malaysia, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the point of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless a specific promotion stipulates a different minimum. Era77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method, but most local e-wallet and FPX deposits are credited within seconds. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations.

Era77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method may be requested at Era77's discretion.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved:

• Your account has completed all required KYC verification steps.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully met.
• There are no pending fraud, AML, or compliance investigations relating to your account.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily or monthly limits applicable to your account tier.

Era77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow, FPX, or local e-wallet services. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals vary by network conditions. Era77 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times in cases where additional verification is required.

Era77 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard methods. Cryptocurrency network fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of withdrawal. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution are the responsibility of the User.

Era77 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry dates.

The following general conditions apply to all Era77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonuses is prohibited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new account.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Where a player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the platform interface specifies otherwise.
• Era77 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or violation of promotion terms.
• Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Era77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All betting and gaming activity on the Era77 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant game or sportsbook interface.

• Bets, once placed and confirmed, are final and binding. Era77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error (pricing error, technical fault, data feed failure), Era77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of the outcome.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and others — are settled in accordance with results published by the relevant governing body.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and network conditions. Era77 accepts no liability for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game RTP figures are available within individual game information panels.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market, as displayed in the relevant game interface.

Era77 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or arbitrage designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies systematically.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Era77 platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or eligibility status at any point.

Era77 actively monitors activity across all accounts using fraud detection systems, game analysis tools, and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Era77 may, at its sole discretion, void bets, suspend or close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Era77 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and Era77 provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may enable session duration alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Re-opening excluded accounts is not permitted for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the Era77 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, graphics, text, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of Era77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Era77 content without prior written authorisation.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use Era77 trademarks or brand assets in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Era77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Era77's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Era77 accepts no liability for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment processors, game studios, or internet service providers.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by banks or e-wallet providers outside Era77's control.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies, referee decisions, or match results that affect betting outcomes.
• Any actions taken by a User in reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Era77's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Era77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Confirmed underage use.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination for cause, Era77 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where a balance is legitimately owed to the User and no fraud or breach is substantiated, the net balance (after deducting any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Era77 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no pending transactions or compliance holds.

Era77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any outstanding balance before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between Era77 and a User, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

Users acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their personal responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Era77 is permitted under the laws of their country or territory of residence.
